Jamal Al Shawish is an expert in the field of Shopping Malls and Real Estate Development in the GCC with more than 18 years of field experience. Jamal currently holds the position of Chief of Sales and Leasing at Alef Group and managing over 1.8 million sq.ft of GLA/NSA. Prior to that, Jamal worked at Majid Al Futtaim as a Senior Leasing Manager, managing over 3.6 million sq.ft of GLA and at MAF’s joint venture-Sharjah Holding as Sales and Leasing Manager, setting up the Sales and Leasing Department and the first gated Mixed-Use community in Sharjah comprising of 15 Million sq.ft. Jamal also held the position of a Sales Manager of IFA Properties closing over 2 billion AED of property deals, achieving IFA’s highest sales record for the years 2006, 2007, and 2008.
